Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Processing takes 2–3 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. is 3–5 business days. International shipping may take 7–10 business days depending on your location.
Q: Do you offer local pickup or same-day delivery?
A: At this time, Simply Raww Extensions ships directly to your door. We’ll keep you updated if local pickup becomes available.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Q: What makes Simply Raww Extensions different?

Q: Can I dye or bleach the hair?
A: Yes! Our raw hair can be dyed, bleached, or toned just like your natural hair. For best results, we recommend professional coloring.
Q: How long does the hair last?
A: With proper care, Simply Raww Extensions can last 3–5 years (sometimes longer).
Q: How many bundles do I need for a full install?
A:
- 12”–16” → 2–3 bundles
- 18”–22” → 3 bundles
- 24” and longer → 4 bundles for fullness
Q: How should I care for my extensions?
A: Treat them like your natural hair:
- Shampoo & condition with sulfate-free products
- Air dry when possible
- Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb
- Wrap or cover your hair at night
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: For hygiene reasons, all sales are final. If you receive a defective or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order is already being processed and cannot be canceled.
